THE BEST THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME is an original musical about a salon owner named Justin who finds out from one of his clients that his deceased ex-girlfriend has a daughter who is in the child welfare system. Upon further investigation, Justin finds out that the daughter was born around 9 months after he and his ex-girlfriend broke up. Justin immediately begins a pursuit to make contact with the young girl who may be his daughter.
